...But, I'm afraid the taxpayers of California will be none to happy with ole Arnie....We have this huge deficit..hummm, hey lets close the borders and stop all the free rides, that should save a few billion right there.
If you want to see more tax payers leave the state then keep raising the taxes and registrations....tsk,tsk,tsk...cut the registrations in 2003 and end up in a deficit of 6 billion a year and now you wanna increase it again....fickle boy.
